Description
Main Feature
1. The new design improves the ability of the spindle to withstand thrust and torque, and the main bearings are imported from the original.
2. The material freely enters the puffing section, and the specially designed feed section ensures that the material is not blocked or returned.
3. There is a quick discharging device under the quenching and tempering device, which can prevent materials or foreign bodies from entering the expansion section in case of emergency.
4. the adaptability to materials is enhanced, and soybean, corn and formula feed can be produced continuously, stably and efficiently.
5. With the dual configuration of wet expander and expander, only a few components need to be replaced, the process conversion of expansion and expansion can be realized, and different kinds of feed can be produced.
6. It is especially suitable for raw material treatment of large and medium-sized feed, expanded suckling pig feed and other livestock and poultry feed, and granulator to form expansion granulation section.
